Malta Watermelon Cocktail

Ingredients: Watermelon pieces 4 cups
Malta/Orange juice 2 cups
Sugar 5/6 table spn (or as wish)
Rock salt a pinch
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Orange/malta zest 1 tsp
Chilled water 1 cup
Crushed ice 1/2 cup
Ice Cube 5/6 pieces (for gurnishing)
small piece of malta (for gurnishing)

Directions: In a blender mix all the ingredients (except ice cubes & lemon juice).blend it well. Now strain the solids from the mixure with a strainer or a piece of clean & soft cotton cloth. Take the serving glasses.keep 2 ice cubes & orange/malta pieces(for gurnishing) into the glasses. Pour the cocktail into the glass. Serve & enjoy.
